Delicious Snack Idea

Hi, this is Jessica Palafox from Palo Alto Orthodontics, and this summer is already off to a great start! I am so happy and excited to work as much as I can right before my Puerto Vallarta trip. I hope I am not missed too much at work while I am gone. I love my girls at Palo Alto Orthodontics. We are probably the most loving and crazy group of girls! We all love to come to work every day and laugh with each other while providing awesome patient care and building friendships with our patients. This is why I feel we are such a unique office; our love for all of our patients is so genuine and we want to make you, the patient, happy every time we see you.

Here’s a great summer tip for you: if you’re feeling hungry on a super-hot day, make yourself a strawberry, raspberry, or banana milk shake! It’s perfectly safe to drink with braces, delicious, and will cool you down. All you’ll need is a blender, milk, vanilla ice cream, and your favorite fruit or berries. First, fill the blender with a cup of milk and two scoops of ice cream. Next, add your bananas, strawberries, raspberries, or other favorite fruits. Blend, and voila – a delicious snack for any summer’s day!
